Between providing direct clinical care as an EMT, teaching healthcare to students in Moldova with the Peace Corps and earning an MBA/MS in Global Healthcare Management from Brandeis University, Chris has spent over a decade in the healthcare field. This also includes being a patient. 

Assigned female at birth, they have navigated invisible barriers to access the care needed to live as their authentic self. As an agender/nonbinary individual, Chris’ experiences and education are lived through the lens of gender, and the assumptions that come with being labelled “Male” or “Female.”
