The PAN Foundation is an independent, national 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to helping under insured people living with life-threatening, chronic, and rare diseases get the medications they need by assisting with their out-of-pocket costs and advocating for improved access and affordability for all.

Since 2004, we have provided more than 1.1 million patients across all 50 states and U.S. territories with $4 billion in financial assistance through our 70+ disease funds. With support from PAN, 94 percent of patients say they are more likely to take their medications as prescribed.
